Certain orders are directly drop shipped from the distributor to the customer in order to save on time and cost.
Processing of International orders can take longer as we may require additional information from the customer.
If a product is no longer available, the customer will be notified via email about the alternatives. The customer has the right to either select the alternative product or cancel the order.
We do not charge customer's credit card untill the item is in stock and ready to ship.
If all the products in an order are unavailable and there is no alternative product that we carry, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will be notified via email.
