Orders are normally shipped the same day if placed before 3:00 pm EST.
Our shipping carriers include UPS, FEDEX and USPS. The customer chooses the shipping method at the time of placing the order. From time to time, we use a different shipping carrier than the customer's choice. This is due to a variety of reasons including faster shipping time, better handling etc.
Alaska, Hawaii & International Customers:
Shipping & Handling charges may vary from the amount calculated
at the time of purchase. The customer will be notified if there is a
change, at which point the customer can choose to cancel without any
charge. FREE SHIPPING ON CERTAIN PRODUCTS IS OFFERED ONLY FOR 48 US
STATES EXCLUDING ALASKA & HAWAAII.
Unless specified by the customer, all orders are delivered without requiring customer signature or presence at the time of delivery. Our company will not be responsible for loss of any package after delivery.
If an item is lost or damaged by shipping carrier, For
example lost by UPS or FedEx, we will file a claim with the shipping
carrier. The refund to the customer is limited by the amount
we are able to recover from the shipping carrier. Our company
is not responsible for the shipping carrier mistakes OR lost and
damaged packages.
